Our Vision
We, of Hart Landscape Services will be part of a growing company totaling at least 12 employees including a manager, sales representative, 3 master technicians, 5 journeymen technicians and 2 apprentice technicians. We will be a company that has a strong cash position and is free from debt. We will work together to build a business that is career oriented, catering to the needs of the family man giving benefits to the deserving, while still supplying the needs of the short term worker.
We will have systems in place so that every employee will know where they stand in the company and what it will take to advance to a higher level of responsibility and income. We will be an example of honesty and integrity to each other in our communication with each other, being careful of offensive language and subject matter.
We will be neat in appearance wearing clean attire with the company logo as much as possible keeping up a quality image to the customers and the neighborhood. Our unique contribution to the world will be our witness to others by how we treat each other with respect and how we live and act.
We will make money by being consistent in the quality, reliability, and integrity of work being done while charging a fair price for the quality of work performed. We will look like a cohesive unit working together in unity to achieve success for the business, which in turn will mean success for each employee and satisfaction for the customer.
We handle good times with wisdom while not overspending, but producing a cash base for the times that are hard. We will give prayer covering to the business and all families connected to it establishing a God-centered attitude with biblical foundations while not being exclusive or discriminating to others because of race, sex, or religion.
The future of our organization is secure because we are not overextended, have many assets, no debt, and a positive cash flow. We will stabilize the future by growing and expanding. We will serve our community by giving back money and time to deserving charities and foundations.
